ü For orders you need to pay delivery charges. The delivery charges will be shown on invoice, it may be differ from region to region or weight wise. Handing charges are different which you can see on invoice. Both these charges shall not be refunded if an order is returned or if the cancellation request is raised after the order is shipped.
ü In case you return the product, the reverse delivery charges will also be charged to you and will refund rest of amount to you after deduction of reverse delivery charges. The reverse delivery charges will be 25% higher than delivery charges which you paid.
ü If you were not available to accept the delivery, courier company executive may be call to you. Otherwise you are requested to call them and receive your order. We are not responsible for this because this totally depends on the respective courier company.
ü We will try our best to deliver the products to you as soon as possible but if any delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances; any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damage of any kind caused by a product; any issue with our Delivery partners or their personnel. Unreasonable and unlawful requests for compensation will not be entertained. Shekhawati Bazaar holds the rights to cancel orders and block accounts of such customers without any prior notice.
ü Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon Shekhawati Bazaar's shipment to the shipping carrier.
ü An estimated delivery time is displayed on the
Order Summary page or it may take 2 to 15 days or more. On placing yourorder,
you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the
estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer
due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, other unforeseen
circumstances. In such cases, please check your emails and SMS regularly for
such updates. Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony
caused due to delay in delivery.
